Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all business transactions, product sales, and services provided by RJ Lab Craft India Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order with us, the buyer agrees to these terms.

2. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

• Orders must be confirmed in writing via email or purchase order.

• RJ Lab Craft India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.

• Payment terms will be as per agreed contract or invoice.

• Late payments will attract interest charges as per applicable laws.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change based on manufacturing schedules, availability, and transportation factors.

• Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our premises.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Products are warranted against manufacturing defects only, for a period specified in the product documentation.

• Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

• RJ Lab Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• No goods will be accepted for return without prior written consent.

• Cancellation charges may apply for orders cancelled after confirmation.

7. Force Majeure

• RJ Lab Craft India Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
